The Weinstein Company sought to host early-access screenings for influencers and athletes in order to spread the authentic viral message about the documentary.

Approach:
Working with The Weinstein Company, SA Studios launched a national grassroots campaign targeting High School Athletic Departments and Influencers who are passionate about sports in advance of the film’s release.

Impact:
The SA campaign toured to 25 cities, showing the film to High School athletic departments and 15 sports influencers. Many of the influencers tweeted about their overwhelming reaction to the film which later won the Academy Award® Winner for Feature Documentary.
